My interest in holistic therapies began in 1998 when I had to deal with a health problem of my own. Conventional medicine had no long-lasting solution so I began to look for alternative options.

After using holistic medicine on myself and my family, I decided to pursue a career in holistic therapies.

Since I qualified as an Aromatherapist and Reflexologist in 2004, I have offered massage and reflexology treatments  to others depending on my family’s needs. Even when not formally ‘open for business’ to others, I use reflexology, essential oils and other holistic therapies on a daily basis to look after my family’s health.

My newest love is the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Massage. This is a gentle massage on the abdomen and back that aims to ensure a woman’s uterus is in the right place, bring balance to the body and has brought relief to many women suffering from fertility issues, hormonal imbalance, digestive issues and more.

I look forward to helping you achieve your own personal health goals.
