Natural conception
Are you trying to get pregnant and it’s just taking longer than you expected?
Are you looking for a way to improve your fertility naturally?
Do you want to prepare your body for conception?
Conception and pregnancy are both natural events that can happen without much intervention. However, preparing for these events can improve your chances of an easy conception, smooth pregnancy and a healthy baby.
Even the easiest pregnancy takes a certain toll on a woman’s body and afterwards comes sleepless nights and caring for a baby. Starting off from a healthy and balanced place can help make the transition easier.
When preparing your body for pregnancy my goal is to bring the uterus into alignment and improve the five systems of flow, homeostasis and haemodynamics. That’s just a fancy way of making sure the blood is flowing freely throughout your body so all your organs, and especially your ovaries and uterus, are receiving the nutrition they need.
Is your uterus ready for a pregnancy?
One of my teachers, Rosita Arvigo, says that we wouldn’t put a baby in a dirty crib, so why would you put a tiny foetus in a dirty uterus?
Each month, the lining of your uterus is shed during your period. Sometimes, not all the lining comes out and that leftover blood accumulates from cycle to cycle. You may notice dark, brown blood at the beginning or end of your monthly blood which shows that’s what’s happening.
Ideally, we want all of the uterine lining to be released painlessly during your monthly period so your body can build a fresh new lining ready to welcome a tiny embryo.
Your monthly cycle is a report card
In general, you can use your monthly period as a report card of your health. If you’re having regular pain free cycles, the blood is a healthy red color and starts and stops with minimal spotting then things sound good.
However, if you’re experiencing painful periods, irregular cycles, hormone related headaches and other imbalances you might want to treat them BEFORE you get pregnant.
How can I help you prepare your body for pregnancy?
I use a combination of Sobada, abdominal massage (sometimes referred to as uterine massage or womb massage) and reflexology to help prepare women for conception.
Sobada abdominal massage is a pleasant and relaxing massage on the abdomen and back that focuses on improving blood flow to your uterus and ovaries and encouraging your uterus into the best possible position in your pelvis.
The treatment is very relaxing and improves both your breathing and digestion in addition to your fertility. In turn, this improves your chances of conceiving and bringing home that much yearned for healthy baby.
My cycles are great. Should I still have a treatment while preparing for pregnancy?
This treatment is also recommended if you’re generally healthy and you are planning a pregnancy in the near future and just want to be in the best possible health before conceiving.
Unfortunately, between less than optimum nutrition, daily stress and toxins in our environment, it’s a challenge to maintain balance.
A pre-conception preparation can set you up for an easier conception and pregnancy.
I’m a holistic therapist and I am here to help you!
I love helping women to overcome their fertility challenges and other issues related to your cycles, pregnancy, periods and/or anxiety.
I treat women with abdominal and womb massage techniques known as Sobada (formally the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Massage) and reflexology.

I teach Fertility Awareness to help women better know their bodies and improve their chances of conceiving or prevent pregnancy naturally.
I live in Modi’in, Israel and that’s where I spend my days helping women during their fertile years, pregnancy, menopause and other hormonal conditions.
