Stomach pain
I hear about so much stomach pain from my clients.
Abdominal pain is often caused by digestive problems: for example, constipation, weak digestive system, upset stomach, heartburn, and irritable bowel syndrome. For some of these problems there is a conventional treatment that temporarily relieves the pain. Usually it only treats the symptom and doesn’t completely eliminate the underlying cause.
Why is your belly causing you so much pain?
Many times these problems are at least partly caused by a lack of good blood flow to your abdomen which affects the ability of your stomach, liver, intestines, etc to do their jobs.
Sometimes your organs may be pressing on each other and be restricted by tight muscles and that makes it difficult for them to work as best as they can.
If these organs can’t convert the food you eat into vital energy, minerals and vitamins for your body to use and eliminate the waste products of the digestive process, it’s not surprising that you’re not going to feel so good or other systems in your body aren’t working well.
How can I help you with digestive issues?
Sobada and reflexology for Irritable Bowel Syndrome:
Gentle Sobada abdominal and back massage improves the blood supply to your digestive organs and helps them to easily eliminate waste products which allows your digestive system to function better.
The relaxing abdominal and back massage helps relax tension in your abdomen and return organs to their optimum position.
I incorporate hand and foot reflexology to help you truly relax and return to a state of balance. Reflexology is very effective for digestive related issues.

Emotional release
While Sobada Abdominal massage is great at creating a physical change in your belly, it’s also effective in supporting emotional change.
We hold the tension related to certain experiences and emotions in our bellies and when we give ourselves space to express our feelings (verbally or non-verbally) we allow for healing of what needs to be healed.
I believe that when you feel calmer and more relaxed your body is more likely to heal.

What about nutrition and diet?
During our time together, we may talk about your food choices but I am a fan of small moderate changes rather than radical and strict diets. I don’t believe there is one way of eating that is suitable for everyone. I can support you while you discover what works best for your body.

I treat women with abdominal and womb massage techniques known as Sobada (formally the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Massage) and reflexology.
I’m also an Advanced EFT Tapping practitioner and I work with women in particular issues around anxiety, depression, stress levels.
I teach Fertility Awareness to help women better know their bodies and improve their chances of conceiving or prevent pregnancy naturally.
I live in Modi’in, Israel and that’s where I spend my days helping women during their fertile years, pregnancy, menopause and other hormonal conditions. Bodywork sessions (massage and reflexology take place in my clinic in Modi’in but EFT Tapping sessions and Fertility Awareness education can take place online or in person).
