If there isn\u2019t a problem, why aren\u2019t you pregnant?<\/span><\/p>\n

If you\u2019ve been trying to get pregnant and the doctors are reassuring you that everything is fine with you and your partner but it\u2019s still not happening, you may be feeling a sense of failure, frustration and helplessness.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

All those tests and no reason for why you haven\u2019t been conceiving. Super frustrating.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

You may even be hoping they do find a reason, so at least you\u2019ll have some information to work with! We don\u2019t like it when there isn\u2019t a specific problem to be solved.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Often, when conventional medicine doesn\u2019t find a specific reason for not getting pregnant, the solution can be found in complementary medicine.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The uterus is not in it\u2019s optimal position which affects it\u2019s function and ability to allow a fertilised embryo to implant. The five flows (blood to the heart, blood from the heart, lymph, nerve energy and general energy (chi) ) are not flowing freely to the abdomen and pelvis. As a result, the ovaries and uterus are not getting all the nutrients they need and can\u2019t work optimally. <\/span><\/p>\n

Tension in the diaphragm<\/b><\/h2>\n

In addition, often there is a lot of tension in the diaphragm, the dome shaped muscle that sits right under your lungs and separates the organs of your chest and your pelvis. So often, due to stress and tension, the diaphragm is tight, causing shallow breathing and lack of flow to your uterus and ovaries. Even more importantly, a tight diaphragm can make you feel like you are wound tight like a spring. <\/span><\/p>\n
